[tomakeadifference] ESI: Govt. extends the money limit from 1.5 lakhs to 2.5 lakhs

Hello Friends,

Greetings.

Govt. increased the limit for ESI eligible employees from 1.5 lakhs to 
2.5 lakhs.

Also govt. waived few restrictions for the operations being done in 
NIMS and SVIMS.
