Wonderful idea, Phanilalitha garu. That would be great. We will have
a filter of all our mails at once and once for all.

Karthik Jalamangala, one of our US members, he collected the data.
It is in our Likeminded groups subgroup. When there was a hulchul in
the group about number of mails, we decided to create subgroups and
thought that those who are interested in particular area can
subscribe to those and we will post only general mails in main
group. But most of our members didn't respond. So we had to send all
mails to the main group only.

Also for most of the time we maintained the tags in the subject
line. Most of the mails are based on the subject only except a few
(in tens in the overall thousands of mails).

The problem is the Search output of yahoo. It is not user-friendly.
Google group search is good. But in googlegroups editing messages is
a problem. You will not have any option to edit the message. You
have to either approve or reject and no scope to mention the reason
for rejection.

I created a separate id for tmad group. Earlier also it is used to
be gmail account only. So whenever I want something, I search my
gmail account.

I hope the volunteers in this effort will not feel it problematic
while they search.

I will post the LMG excel sheet to the main group.
