Adi, I am pretty fine with your option. Actual plan was similar :), but took twists a bit here and there.
I have talked to the APTDC guy for accomodation and reserved all the rooms for us. There are 12 rooms in whole in the APTDC hotel and we will have all of them for TMAD only. About the vacancies in the bus I will let you know once we have decided on the number will let you know in a couple of days. I was thinking of planning such that we have atleast 6-8 vacant seats, in the bus from HYD.
