Friends, Now that the date is finalized, let us plan the activities.
We need to be ready with the receipt books, letter pads, bank account, balance sheet and also the T-Shirts. Kasyap, T-Shirts and Letter Pad is ur job. Coming to how we can celebrate that day, I think we do not have much time to enjoy. We have to fairly plan for a longer day together. Half a day goes for deciding about the group. I request Chaitanya to prepare an agenda for the meeting. I request all our members to write down their thoughts on how we take our group forward, how should we conduct ourselves, how much time we will contribute and what are the activities that we should take up and how should we spend the money and all. We should discuss in the Six Hat method. I take this opportunity to request the US members also to mail your views (vision document) to Chaitanya. Just jot down your views. Do not think in the first place that they would be feasible or not. Jot down what all comes to your mind. We will plan well and see to that we work with collective decisions taken after meaningful and fruitful discussions. Each and every member, please take your time and do this exercise. Also how about NTR Gardens so that we can go on a boat riding before we disperse and can spend some good amount of time near Buddha Vigraha as well. I think we can book a small boat for ourselves. Coming to 23rd, there is a meeting (public gathering) organized by Loksatta. I wish all our members participate (For the question why, I will write a detailed mail later. Hopefully this weekend) in this meeting. Based on the schedule of that meeting, I will request Rakesh to give a session on RTI Act to our members. Thank you. with regards, Prasanthi.
