I haven't received any response from most of our other Hyderabad members who couldn't make it to the meeting. Friends, Participants in the meeting are: Rakesh (our new member - he will not attend our meetings going forward), Prasanthi, Dr. Sundar, Kasyap, Chaitanya and Ravi Shankar. Overall 5 members attended the meeting. One member responded that he couldn't attend. At times, I get a feeling that we might have to close the Hyderabad Chapter. I have nothing to say. Every member has to introspect themselves on whether they are spending at least 10 hours of their time in a month for the group. As far as the MOM is concerned: 1. We will be using the services of Rakesh, as and when required. 2. Chaitanya will mail the details of the Educational Institutions (same as we did in July). We have to meet them and collect information, establish a rapport. 3. Karthik will be talking to the Headmaster of Rethibowli school for the details of other govt. schools in the vicinity that need support. 4. Kasyap is responsible for the Administrative tasks. 5. As Viswanath is too busy and is not in touch with us, Chaitanya spoke with another CA person. Though we have to pay for him, we can be sure that things will be completed on time. 6. Chaitanya will be busy this week and is off to Blr for a week from today. Once he returns, he will be concentrating on getting a PAN Card for the group for Tax Exemption.
