When i came up with OPMS ( Out patient Management System ) , my idea was to keep it simple and manageable. Even with just 4 - 5 dedicated volunteers, we could have jump started this. However, this was later expanded to OCMS , (Online Case Management System) , in whcih the case could be anything. The point i'm trying to make is , since we are still in the very very early stages of this, if we start small and concentrate on smaller milestones, just like Agile programming methodoligies, we can probably manage it with less resources also... just my 2 cents. Ofcourse, i've no qualms if we have the strength to take OCMS head on ... cheers

Yes. You are correct. It would be good if we have approached the Coaching Institutes. We thought of approaching college so as to get consent from them that they approve it as an Academic Project. This is a strategic decision. We are looking at long term association with the college and motivating the students there. That is why we picked it up. Why Narayana College or why Nellore is that most of us belong to Nellore and we go there regularly. So it would be easy for us to keep track and see to that the things are in progress.
