Hi Friends, Sorry for delay. These are the trip highlights :)
1. Started at 9.15 at my home, Chaitanya dropped us at Mehadipatnam School. 2. around 10.15 Bus started with 62 children s and 9 Adults which includes dirver and his son. 3. at 11.00 we enter into zoo along with break fast. Entrance fee for children 10/- per head and 20/- for adult. 4. by 11.45 children finished their break fast. and started to see the animals 5. First we went to see Snake park, from there to we went birds, crocodiles ducks, from there forest pig, bear & lion and we sat in one open place 6. the time was 1.15, we took rest around 30 minutes, in that time children played one drama 7. after that we went to see Rhynosorus and hippopotamus and again we select one open place for lunch. 8. it took around 1 hour to complete lunch.(pulihora & perugannam) 9. by 3.00 again we start to see the Tiger, cheeta, white tiger and monkeys. and at 4.00 pm we came to Fish aquariums. by 4.30 we came out from zoo. 10. at 4.45 bus was started towards school. on the way we distributed biscuts & chocolates to childrens. 11. by 5.15 we at school. before childrens were getting down from busy Mr. Naresh sir gave a marvelous speech around 5 minutes. :) 12. we prepared food for 80 childrens & 10 adult. but we went 62+10. Extra food was taken to Adarana and we gave to them. Adarana with 35 childrens near Musarambagh, It's very near to my home. and i know only that one. that's why we gave food there. Expesnes for pulihora, perugannam, snacks, plates, entrance fee, dirver beta, van parking & sweeper charges came around Rs.2,470/-. ( i calculated the amount last week. i forgot details, only i remember the total amount. sorry for that. i will try to update detials) and Breakfast expenses was born by my self. We didn't took any money from TMAD Account. This amount belong to Chaitanya. Unfortunatly we didn't took camera, but near school we took some snaps with Chaitanya mobile. attahcing those pics and for helping us i took help from Jytohi & jaya (my cousin and her friend), They gave chocolates to childrens. They came to my home and Zoo also. They also participated very actively. we all together serve the food to children. They are also felt very happy with this activity.
