Hai all, Today i asked Mr. Anil (arun's brother) about our logo registration. he is working as a lawyer in M/s. Kochhar & associates (a lawyers firm). And I spoke with ms.Laxmi senior assoicate in his office who will look about trade mark registration and copyrights. She said there is two options to get trade mark. 1. for LOGO and 2. for Name. and she is said that, getting trade mark for logo & name is very better one. and about the cost. for each registration Governement fee upto 3,000/- and 3 to 4,000/- lawyers fee towards. and the procedure was. we have to fill the certain papers and submit them along with soft copies of logo & name in Lawyer firm along with the money. after one week of submisison we will get the filing copy. then onwards we can use TM on our logo & name. AFter one year from date of filing we will get the ceritifacte. then we can use R in our logo & name.
