Hi All, We are consolidating the accounts till now. So would like everyone involved to have the bills ready for the payments we have already made from TMAD. Each chapter one of us will take responsibility and everyone give the bills to them and if there are any payments to be made then we can clear off soon.

We need to get this done at the earliest as we might have an hearing with the IncomeTax department for Tax exemption and it would be great to keep the records updated. So by Jan 26th lets clear off the bills with our respective chapter representatives. @Chapter representatives please coordinate and by 30th you might have to courier the details of the payments and the bills to either Prasanthi's / Satya's address.
