Packing Material : 200/- (Cartons, papers, tape & thread) Auto chartes : 150/- (Ammerpet to Transport office) Transport charges : 700/- (paid to sindhu travels) Auto charges : 25/- (after purchasing bedsheets, returning to my staying place in RJY) Hamali charges : 25/- (paid in Rjy transport office) Auto charges : 250/- (Rajamundry to Sitanagaram) cost of bedsheets : 3600/- (30 X 120) Total Expenses : 4,950/- I took 5,000/- from group & i collected 1,000/- Totally 6,000/- Jan' 1st expenditure also i didn't took from group. we purchased apples & oranges on behalf of group: cost of apples : 400/- coast of Oranges : 240/- Total : 640/- So, Total Exp : 4,950/ + 640/- = 5,590/- remaining 410/- i will transfer to group.
