Hi Haranath, Your concern is true. Would be good if we start once we get the money. Actual work we will start after we receive the entire money. But as you mentioned in your mail, we can start discussion with Srinivas Reddy and also can try to get answers for Srinivas' questions.
Once the process gets initiated, we can keep the ball rolling. Including my 1000 rs. (can give any time) we have already 35k with us. We can mention that as token amount to start the process. We also will give our money in phases as we have to be confident about the money issued by SSA. We have to clarify all these questions. We should get confirmation that we have the permission and right to overlook/direct the process.
