Vani,

I do not know if you get a chance to read those mails that I posted
in BosF (in TMAD too I suppose) about the J&K issue. The date was
Dec. 26 (exactly a month after Mumbai blasts). Why I remember because
that day I attended the 'Let us Make A Difference' group's call for
walk to mark the one month of the incident. The same day after
returning home while I was sending mails, these people came to our
house.

I shared this with everyone and what I was told was that this is not
a new issue and they have been coming here on and off for the past so
many years. They go round Hyderabad asking for donations (of course
in the form of rice etc.,) and when Manavata group sent after
repeated requests from these people found that they do not actually
need. Dr. Vasant Bawa mentioned that his Church too helped them.

The day when I planned, the person who visited me was not in the
place and he asked me if I can come at any other time that day and as
I had another meeting scheduled, I couldn't go. So I dropped the idea
of visiting them.

But going there wouldn't be a bad idea because we get an opportunity
to see with our own eyes and decide. I cannot come as I am attending
Lead India Orientation programme and our EST class.

Thank you.

with regards,
Prasanthi.
