Hi All, We need to adhere to the following points when we make any payment for any activity from now on and if possible for the previous ones as well if we can get them.
1. Original Bill in favour of TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE, if not in name of the Person whom we are helping, which ever is possible. Like in case of Education / Medical its mostly on the name of the person whom we help. If we are donating through another organisation then it should be in the name of To Make A Difference. Its better if we can convince the persons whom we help to keep the xerox copy and handover the original for our records. 2. If the above could not be done due to some reason... but make sure the reason is pretty important. So if we cant get one, then we need to take an attested / certified copy of the same from the institution to whom we are paying to. Attestation - should have the institution stamp. Like in case of Swathi, the original had to be submitted to the college, so in such cases we need to take attestation from the college on the xerox copy. Do note that whatever small amount may it be its required to take the bills, and also make sure that the date mentioned is right. If any volunteers have paid from their account for time being make sure to get back your account from Group within a week. Regards Chaitanya
