Hi:
Well, as far as i know the Necklace Road is quite fine and decent with no
stinking smell. But i cannot vouch for the boat ride. The last time i was there
a couple of times, we went to the restaurants along the lake and also sat in
the park around there and there was no stinking smell , even though the crowd
was overwhelming.

friends told.. not a right time to go... (whenever I asked :P)The last time I
traveled through that road was in the last week... and it was stinking to the
