Yes, We are all set to start the work. Please find the TMAD request letter,
SSA approval letter and the plan as given by their engineers.

I have been coordinating with SSA for the last 6 months or so. Manavata was
initially supposed to take this up but they had some problems and hence it
got delayed. Finally we have taken this up on our own.

I must thank Maheedhar Maddi, who happily contributed for this activity. He
was the first contributor to this activity which gave us confidence.
Also Naveen, Divya, Dave.kavitha and prashanti(sorry if i missed) for their
contributions toward this.

Total project is estimated at 5.4 Lakhs and as you might know we are into
this activity with 20% contribution from our side. i.e 1.08 Lakh.

I will publish the MOU copy and further details about the estimates in
another few days.

I am talking to a builder to take up the work as it might be difficult for
us to monitor and manage the work. But options are open as of now. Initial
discussion is that we try to build it on our own, but it depends on getting
a good Mason. Engineers at the SSA office shared with me few experiences
where similar projects were hurt badly by greedy masons.

Please share your views and your involvement too is welcome!

Thanks
Harinath
