Hi Friends,

After a long gap, we met for a monthly meeting. As I was not well, I requested
our members to come to my home directly as we didn't get much responses.

A new member joined our group, Vamsi. He is a friend of Chaitanya. He came to
the meeting to find out about the group, what we have been doing and how we are
doing and also our goals. After the meeting, he expressed his interest to be
part of our group and also to spend one day for the group.

Ravi, Vamsi and Kasyap attended the meeting.

Regular Activities

Kasyap is going to take the responsibilities for TMAD, Hyd activities for three
months. He will come up with the activities. Ravi and Vamsi will be active
volunteers. All the three will motivate other members to participate in these
activities.

We decided to do Slipper Distribution when the school reopens. We hope that the
construction activity also completes by that time and we all can gather on the
reopening day and we can distribute slippers to the students and other
necessities after taking the requirements from Head Master.

Setting up a home for the destitutes

As mailed earlier, with the old woman and her son episode narrated by Suresh
where we helped by giving 2000 rs. is an eye opener. This is a hot requirement
in the city. No one cares about the destitutes specially when they are
suffering with one or other health problem. How about setting up a home,
provide them the treatment and service with love, care and attention?

This is the initial idea. We have to discuss with other groups as well. AID,
Hyderabad Chapter will be a key partner, most probably.

I request our members to participate in this discussion which we will conduct
after May 10th weekend. Will announce the date, day and venue details soon.

Mostly this is what we discussed and we explained Vamsi about our group, BosF
and other initiatives.

Thank you.

with regards,
Prasanthi.
