Hi All,
It is time we start preparing for the audit and require the receipts for the
activities that we have done till now from January.
Also there is a possibility of hearing for 80G IT Exemptions we need to get
done with this process soon.

So can all of you who have been involved in the activities send the receipts
of the payments we have provided.
Some pointers on the receipts:
1. Get the original receipt, could be in the name of the person whom we
helped / tmad
2. If we cant get original get an attested copy of the receipt from the
institution to which we paid the amount.


Hope that clarifies. All of you please get the originals and scan, as well
as send the documents as mentioned above to
Prasanthi / Satya by May 10th. Please make it soon, the sooner the better
for us to prepare the documents and be ready for the hearing and also be
done with the audit.

@Prasanthi / Satya can you provide the address to which the documents can be
sent.
