Thanks :-).

Special thanks should to all the donors and prasanthi and others who had lot of
patience through out this exercise, Donors had their trust with TMAD.  While
the work was delayed, we had no complaints from our members especially ones who
have donated. This shows that they have confidence in us in executing projects
like this.

regarding the school work, I have visited  the school this morning as well.
There is progress.
The work has just began few days ago, we will see the columns raised in another
2 to 3 days. goal is that before start of the school we want to complete slab
work as well. In practice it will take some more time.

This contractor is better and keeping his word as of now.

Photos:... We can have the snaps once the columns raised. so another one more
week of wait.

Also as prasanthi mentioned earlier, if there are any volunteers to take care
of the work (along with me) it will be great.  work includes few phone calls a
day and visiting the site on weekly basis or as per the availability.
While this will not be a show stopper such as , but it is to make sure we get
work done little quicker.  Always regular follow ups are better.

I was completely not following some threads, unfortunately including this.

Harinath, awesome work  :)  Glad to note all the updates.

Prasanthi, I will have my small amt of contribution in the group a/c asap.
Since I didnot follow the thread, I completely forgot abt this. Sorry.

Very happy to see so many huge contributions come into this project.

Building contractors can be real pain manytimes, all will be well that ends
well though, I agree.

Mail back some construction pics if possible.  All those who contributed will
be able to see/follow the project progress.

Friends,

Greetings.

There was a problem with the first contractor and we took back the cheque of
70,000 rs. which we gave earlier. Thanks to the timely and quick action of
Harinath garu.

We tried many options but nothing worked out so approached the SSA authorities
itself for contractor. At last, we got a good contractor and he is not money
minded and doing work with sincerity. Today we gave a cheque for Rs. 50,000 to
new contractor, Krishna Mohan. Work also started.

No words can explain the efforts of Harinath garu for this project. He has
never worked and go round govt. offices for his personal work but for TMAD he
has taken the complete responsibility of this project. He had to face
humiliation too at times. Anyway all is well that ends well.

I take this opportunity to thank Harinath garu on behalf of the group. Would be
great if we can get volunteers for this project who can help reduce the burden
and workload of Harinath garu.

Thank you.

with regards,
Prasanthi.
