These days we are getting many cases, more health related as always, but
also a good amount of education ones.

Why dont' we maintain DataBank files, categorised according to their field
of work, with all details we have about them?
Project Rays is a good example.  In general we do get many forwards like
these, and we never really filed the info anywhr.

As and when a case comes, member who fwds it, or who is the contact between
the recipients and the group, can refer to this database as a first step.

Some of us can take the responsibility of finding the list of such
organisations, pulling the data together from various previous mails, and
filing them with the group database.

Like Harinath posted a list of some NGO old age homes this last week.

Prasanthi is the one who usually remembers all the list, and mails back
every single time with the details and contact nos.  Might save time on that
aswell.
