Hi All, We have created an account for tmad as an ngo in google sites. The link is https://www.google.com/a/tmad.org This enables us to provide our site on google, and also mail ids as [email protected].
We are still evaluating the options for getting our site on google - Kasyap is doing the evaluation. He is the one who got the registration done on google sites. There is a limit on number of mail ids that we can create with @tmad.org. So keeping the interest of the group, Kasyap, Prasanthi and I decided that we will not be creating any mail ids with personal names. The mail ids that would be created are [email protected], [email protected], [email protected] All the bank transactions and payment related information has to be sent to [email protected], this helps in easy tracking and updation of the records. [email protected] is being used as the main contact id for the PR purposes and in other networking sites where we are registering TMAD like the NGO Database. We might come up with more mail ids as and when we see a need like [email protected], [email protected], [email protected]. The access to these mail ids would be available with the main incharge / active member(s) handling related work. The access would be available to every chapter through either the chapter coordinator or one of the active member in that branch.
