Swapna is studying Intermediate with MPC group at Gowtam Junior College, Secundreabad. She is from a poor family belongs to Devaryanjal Village, RR District. Her father Balanarasimha has taken a small portion of land for lease and doing agriculture. Due to his bad habits, he stopped concentrating on work and neglected his family. The family became more miserable financially. Swapna’s mother is working hard to feed their family by growing vegetables in that land. Swapna got helped by a known person to her family for the first year of her Intermediate studies but later it was stopped due to his financial problems. Help needed : College fee for Inter Second Year Rs.10,000 (in rupees Ten thousand only) It is immediate as the time to pay fee is over and she is getting several reminders and in a helpless position to pay her fee. My narration is based on a briefing from a known person to me who is working in HMTV News Channel and by the phone call I received from Swapna today.
