I am very sorry that I missed Saayam Cheddam, FRF, Lead India, Nenunnaanu,
AID India and BHUMI. It has been very hectic coordinating various things not
just relief activity.

Most probably I may take leave from 26th October or first week of November
depending on the requirement. At this point of time I decided to spend 15
days. Later depending on the requirement and feasibility, I will take a call
if I can extend or spend more time.

Requesting you all to discuss in your respective groups and come to the
meeting with the list of volunteers who can spare time and/or effort and/or
money.

Required Info. from each group:
1. Names of villages you worked and interested to propose for the collective
action
2. List of volunteers and their area of contribution and tentative schedule
3. Thoughts and suggestions for the actions that we can take up

Conclusion should be:
1. Forming a core committee to look after this work.
