Our strategy is like this:
1. We will be getting the xerox copies of all the ration card holders (we
will give exception to those whose cards were lost. They are very
few......... say 5 to 8 families in the streets that we visited. not more
than that.)

2. We will tell a list of items to them and will ask them to choose for
themselves:
a. Blankets (these are also given by most of the groups)
b. Sleeping Mat
c. Mosquito Net
d. Water Filter
e. Stove
f. Livelihood Tools

We will see to that these items do not exceed our estimate of Rs. 1000 per
family.

3. Schools project: As there are seven schools, we will prepare a project
report and give to other groups. There are some groups in BosF who want
exclusive access to one project so that they can claim that they have done
particular work. As we do not have any problem and we can appreciate someone
taking up a work, we will not bother about schools for now.
