Friends, I am very happy to share the attached three documents with you all sent by Dr. Giri. In fact, he has sent to me on 1st October. I read them only today.
This is the gist of his experiences, thoughts out of his with activists, acadamecians, teachers, students and bureaucrats. Owing to the recent flood, most of us are occupied in the relief, rehabilitation initiatives, we did not concentrate much on our regular work.
