Be apologetic for the delay, Further to our Flood Relief Program held on 21
st Nov, find the details of the expenditure
We gave relief material to 700 families
for 670 Families we gave as below :
Utensils set (2 bowls with lids, 2 glasses, 2 lunch plates, 2 big spoons & 1
Chembu) = 315.00
Mosquito net = 75.46
Sleeping mats & bags = 81.01
Transport cost = 27.45
Total = 498.66 per family
for 670 Families = it's 3,34,102.00
for other 30 families we gave as below:
Folding cot = 493.33
Mosquito net = 75.46
Transport cost = 27.45
Total = 596.24 per family.
for 30 families = its' 17,887.00
All together total expenditure of this project which is includes of
transport = 3,51,989.00
