I have visited the following Schools on Saturday, 5th Dec’09.
1. ZPHS Chinna Gottiga,
2. ZPHS Jeevangi
3. ZPHS Basheerabad
These schools are in Ranga Reddy District, remote area - Karnataka border and
hence, there is no focus for developing these Schools :
ZPHS Chinna Gottiga School:
As you are all aware that we have donated Rs. 30,000/ for the school to have
the basic amenities in school. However, we could not spend the whole amount
since it is not sufficient to do the work.
1. School Ground - Completed, Spent around Rs. 15,000.00
2. Water - The cost will be > Rs. 50,000 and hence have not taken this work
3. Latrines and Urinals for Boys and Girls - Since there is no water, have
not taken up this work
We have the balance of Rs. 15000.00 approximately and for which School Head
Master and Teachers requested us to help in providing the Study materials for
Xth Class Students. The cost of material is around Rs. 5.000/-. The School
Head Mater is very strict and have not spent any amount without seeking our
approvals. All necessary vouchers/bills are with him. I have requested him to
provide all the necessary proofs once he spends the amount.
I have interacted with all 64 Students of X th class and distributed Pens for
them . Apart from that, have also distributed Chocolates for all students in
School.
ZPHS Jeevangi School: I have also visited this school and interacted with 34
students of Xth class. The similar request they have made. The approximate
cost of the Study material is Rs. 2,500/-.
Please let us know your thoughts/approval for the above.
ZPHS Basheerabad: They have celebrated “SWAYAM PARIPALANA DINOSTAVAM” Teachers
day on 5th Dec’09 . I have distributed the Pens to 340 students in the School
and participated in the celebrations.

We need to visit these schools along with RAYS volunteers; they have shown
interest in visiting and surveying the schools.
Request you all let me know your thoughts on visiting and surveying these
schools at the earliest.
