This is a mail from Sri UVNK Raju expressing his happiness and regards to AIDS team for their innovative teaching kit. He expressed his thanks to BosF too because of the platform this has happened. I would like to add that it is all of us who are willing to come forward and open to work with different teams. In one of the BosF sessions, Srihari garu explained us some of these experiments. Raju garu worked on them. I take this opportunity to request you all to specify the benefits, the good that happened to you because of BosF. I have taken the Kit last year during September or so. But I never used till now as I was not concentrated on it. I just verified all the equipment and read manual before I am going to school. I prepared for 'Air' related experiments. When I went talking to the children I told them the elements Air, Water. But the children asked for Light related experiments during the opinion poll. With little uncomfortable feelings I started showing the experiment. *I was astonished with the thought behind the Light experiment with Simple equipment. Wonderful, Marvelous. I appreciate the thought process behind it. * Once I returned home I read the books of 8th, 9th and 10th Class Physics books as the Light concepts are spread across all the 3 classes. I understood that 8th Class is covering all the experiments what we planned as part of Kit. As I was Teaching 10th Children I know that LASER as one of the topic. Hence I explained about LASER during the session. Towards expanding the Kit to 9th Class I want to include Prism, Convex & Concave lenses. As part of kit we have only one Convex bifocal length. If you have any plans related to experiments, pls, share them. I have few thoughts on teaching mechanism (few of them I discussed with Vidya).
