Thalassemia and Sickle Cell Society (TSCS) and Kinnera Memorial Foundation (KMF) started a blood bank for Thalassemic patients. It is our responsibility to regularly donate blood here as the children who are affected by Thalassemia Major need blood transfusion for every three weeks. If you are willing, we can organize a session to know about Thalassemia and Sickle Cell. For your information, all Hyderabad members of TMAD (Y2006 members) got ourselves checked for Thalassemia. This is a small test and if we go in groups, we will get the test done at a concession. Please let me know your interest. For every monthly meeting, we can organize a session. Already in the pipeline are: 1. Demo by Visually Challenged about various software they can learn and use to get jobs We can even approach MOHAN Foundation for a session.
