Dear Friends,
I am writing this mail to request you to provide me a list of
organizations (NGO’s/Govt. Schools) that do meaningful work preferably in the
education sector, as our company has few retired laptops and desktops and our
management has decided to donate them.
We do have few organizations names with us. At max 3 systems would be donated
to an organization, as there are some legal procedures to be followed if the
number is more.
Certain documents would be required by the organizations to prove the legality
before the donation process starts. Please consider this and send me the list
at your earliest convenience.
