Harinath garu, I liked the website template we have now. I have a requirements for website. Team can respond on their thoughts too.
My requirement: 1. I want to have a mechanism to store information related to for eg. hospitals that provide free care for diseases (any category) their contact information or what is the process... Like NH, i know what is the complete process, who to contact, what are the prerequesites to contact NH charity and all. Similarly everyone knows some data about the visits they made. a) Whether schools providing free thingy, b)orphanages related to women, old, children and process to reach those orghs and process to get someone admitted c) where free dilysis are made d) org working on RTI e) etc etc etc We should be able to put this data in easy format and any volunteer who is assigned cases should be able to query and get the info so that he can be able to handle the case independently. My thoughts on how it should be: I would like to have this in our website so that data that a volunteer know or collected as part of case is preserved in neat format and queribale query-able format so that it will be helpful for future cases and makes thingy speedy. Right now, my idea is to have: login to website to write to that particular folder... Not admin but if there is some faciltiy only to that folder and share the username/password to everyone Any volunteer who has worked on case can put the data which will be in the form of a "FORM with text fields " and submit it so that it can be later queried by our members after logging in to the website. I believe this should be of high priority for a growing org like us to sustain and make things faster for any future activities.
