he would not have meant it that way for sure...... normally the
cases(students) we get are from some other source...some of our frds'frds
might pass it to us or from a news paper source...
then we request our local volunteer there to go and find out the details and
if its fit(every thing is genuine but it should match our criteria and we
shud be able to bear the amount), then we pass it to group and if some
members come forward we go ahead with it.
May be in this sense he would have written that sentence and not with any
other intention.... He is the one who comes forward to any help of any kind
to any person ALWAYS....so dont misunderstand him...
Coming to this one, you have not mentioned how you know him or why he wanted
the money and whats his background and whats his percentage and how he got
the seat(through any entrance exam and whats the rank he got in that etc)
My personal opinion on educational cases is, we better support students who
are bright and not even able to pay their government college fees though
they are very low. I dont mean people sudnt go for higher studies in private
colleges, but at least there they shud get some free seat kind of thing with
their good performance in entrance tests or prove their mettle in Post
graduate All Inida tests and get govt scholarships.....
when they join a self financed course with Lacs of rupees as fees, may be
they shud go for an education loan is what my personal opinion .......
I seriously am not talking abt this case alone but expressing my general
opinion.....
