Dear Bhargava, Kindly inform her to mainstream them into Govt. or NGO Care & Support Institutions in Vizag which is a constructive solution. Running an Old Age homes/ Orpha homes in an unsafe buildings/shelters will make the Govt. to cancel her NGO registration.
There is a Govt. Norms for Fit Person and Fit institution capacities to run such Old age homes.
