Seems none has responded to your mail. Good idea to have a Board. However, we need to have the frame work on Decision board before we should we constitute a board. Couple of thoughts. 1. Primarily, we need to have the vision and the activities /projects which we are doing and going to do in future. 2. The volunters who are interested, have been actively working on some projects/activities should be involved in the board. Hope there is no limitations on no of people on Decision Board. 3 No. of schools we have adopted and the activities which we have conducted as of now and the expenditure incurred towards that. This is very important for us to know our capability and to get the continuous 80G benefit as well. This will also help us to have the kind of work/activities which we need to do in future and to know our capability management/bandwidth. We need to have an Audit on same as well. 4. We have been sponcering the students for their education for quite some time. We need to have complete details on same. 5. Any other activities which we have been conducting. If possible we need to have the presentation and publish entire TMAD folks. In order to streamline TMAD activities and also to define vision and action plan for the year (s) ahead, There is a thought about forming a Decision Board, who will decide on the same. Plan now is to have members representing all important chapters of TMAD, US, Bangalore, Chennai and Hyderabad. These members are supposed to communicate within the group (DB) on a regular basis (probably daily) either physical meetings (if possible) otherwise, emails/messenger/skype calls etc. Possible names: Prasanthi, Satyakrishna (and if possible, harinath (me) as well - Hyderabad Anil and Pavan - Bangalore Arun & Santosh - Chennai Divya, Suresh & Chandra - US. I request the members mentioned above to confirm their acceptance and if it is not possible to spare time, then please do respond with the same reason.
