This isn't a bug. <!--#include virtual="/infonetIniFiles/header.ini" --> Is interpretted by the server, where as img tags... <img src="/images/choice.gif"... > ...are interpretted by the browser. A configuration flag lets the SSI #include work relative to the webapp, but this essentially means that the SSI servlet sticks the context path on the front before reading the file. For IMG tags, the browser asks for /images/choice.gif. The server has no way of knowing that the browser really wants /ANT/images/choice.gif.
