Synopsis: 
Long time required to shutdown tomcat if more then 1 or 2 contexts configured in 
server.xml

Description:
If more then one or two context are configured in
server.xml then when tomcat 3.2 betta 6 gets a command
to shut down (tomcat.sh stop) then (it can be traced if
the appropriate logger is outputting to screen) that
two of all the contexts get closed right away and
the rest get closed only after about approx 30-50 seconds.
Only after that the sockets get released ant Tomcat may
get restarted.

The time that Tomcat needs to be restarted is critical for
production environment
