Shai Fultheim's proposed patch to let Tomcat run in a load balanced environment
with session management by URL rewriting (needed for WAP environments, plus
others where cookies are not enabled).
BugRat bug reports > #347 that relate to 3.2b7, including a bunch this morning
that I haven't looked at yet.
BugRat bug report #373 -- I don't know how to fix this one, so it's going to
remain an open issue unless someone else can figure it out.
