If you install the manager webapp (and set up an appropriate username),
reload-on-command will work for you even on a production server where you don't turn
on "autoreload".

Amazing ... someone who actually looks at the docs first!!!   :-)

Oh well, getting this stuff up to date is one of my major goals during the beta
cycle -- the code is solid enough that there shouldn't be all that many bugs to fix.
