it looks you added md5 support (copied out of apache) directly into jk -
is this correct?  i think this is probably the best solution for md5
functions in iis/netscape.  i'm pretty sure there's no built-in support
in iis (win32) for md5.  i don't know about netscape...  anyway, i
personally think it's fine just to leave the code copied from apache
into jk there and use it.
