                        CommandLineCompiler.java
  Log:
  Removed the CommandLineCompiler.
  
  The Mangler part is now a separate component in the toolbox.
  
  The "extend Compiler" part is no longer needed - we can just use the
  provided Compiler.
  
  ( JspC and the other are also simplified - next commit )
