How to start Tomcat as service in NT?

Hello:

I followed Aruns Jamwal's advice and was able to get further than
before, I think.  

My problem now is that when try and start it as a service I get this
error

"Could not start "tomcat" service on local computer"

"Error 997: Overlapped I/O operation is in progess."

I assume that it is conflicting with another service...how can change or
fix this?
