All known packaging issues over 4.0.1 should have been fixed (gifs corruption, installer not finding JDK, and probably others). The RPMs and the connector native binaries are not there yet. The beta release does not include updated versions of the JK or WARP protocols; they will be updated in a later beta of Tomcat 4.0.2. I'll post the official announcement later today or tomorrow (and the CVS tag will be placed at that time), so there's still time to fix problems. If something is wrong, please let me know.
