If you change the first line of each ".sh" file in the tomcat bin directory to be #!/bin/ksh i.e. use the Korn shell for the file instead of the /bin/sh that is there now, it works correctly. Experimenting with "$@" on different OS (Solaris, AIX etc) shows Tru-64 to be incorrect.
