http://nagoya.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=7527 If crosscontext is enabled in server.xml, Tomcat does not automatically expand WAR file ------- Additional Comments From [EMAIL PROTECTED] 2002-03-27 20:20 ------- Can you please elaborate on the comment "The deployer doesn't work like that, actually". Do you think what I claimed to be happening does not happen in reality? or whatever I have claimed is the right behavior? I have read details of Bug 4829 (this bug is marked as duplicate of 4829) and I strongly believe we have a problem. Just think about it, "a WAR file is automatically expanded by Tomcat, but if I just want to enable crosscontext support, it will not be expanded automatically." Doesnt it sound like a bug? Just because I want the crosscontext property enabled for the application and I add a line in server.xml I would not be able to distribute it in a WAR file, but would have to distribute it in expanded form? -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> For additional commands, e-mail: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
