Could you give us more details on jk2 configuration, since from
what I could see here Coyote connector informations passed to
jk2 is rigth when apache and tomcat run on the same machine,
but in the apache and tomcat on differents systems, admins
should do the config by hand ;(

btw, will we have a minimal settings in httpd.conf and maximal
in jk2.properties.
