If the problem occurs because you have moved JARs around, then it is your problem (obviously, not all configurations are valid and will be supported). Slide integrated is not the same as Tomcat standalone (I know it, since I wrote it), and won't be supported. It is also not advertised as a general purpose servlet container (instead, it is advertised as a content server).
