Glenn asked earlier whether admin will support DefaultContext. I'd like to add DefaultContext support in admin, however, there is an issue.
Currently, there isn't an implementation to remove DefaultContext from Engine or Host. Is anyone planning to do so in near future? If not, we have an option to allow users of admin to add/edit DefaultContext but not allow to delete it via admin once it's created (of course you can edit server.xml to do deletion anytime).
