This bug is comes from a deprecated version of javac, sun.tools.javac.Main, that
is being used in TC4.0.x.  Javac got confused when there are too many local
variables.

TC4.1.x, which uses jasper2, which uses ant for javac compilation, allows
J2sdk1.4 javac to be used, does not have this problem
