Setting DirectoryIndex of index.jsp does not get served by jk2

Mark, I've just commited the version that I actually tested, so it should work :-)

DirectoryIndex will work if the physical file is present. DIR_MAGIC_TYPE is not
used any more in mod_jk2 since no requests are made to it with handler set to
that value. I cannot say why at this point, but this part really behaves in a
totally different way than mod_jk 1.2.0.

Let me know what your findings are.
