I'm hoping that you don't really want mod_jk2.so for W2K ;-). The Jk2 binaries for Windows are at:
http://jakarta.apache.org/builds/jakarta-tomcat-connectors/jk2/nightly/win32 / However, I believe that these are built against 2.0.38.
