Error rthrown on Console after configuring Global JNDI  resource

If the datasource definition is not valid, this is normal (if a factory exists
but fails to return a datasource or throws an exception, this exception will be
thrown). Please make sure your datasource definition is correct. If it was saved
incorrecly and what is in server.xml is incorrect, then it's a different issue,
and you may want to file a different report about the root cause of the problem.
